Position: Executive Assistant to Partners

Location: West End, London (Four days in-office, one day remote)

Company Description: We are a leading recruitment consultancy working closely with a dynamic and forward-thinking venture capital firm located in the heart of the West End. Our client prides itself on fostering a positive and warm culture, where collaboration and innovation thrive. They are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their three Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Partners.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls, emails, and visitors, and handling inquiries appropriately.
  • Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes when required.
  • Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Partners and proactively address them to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and communications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives or partners.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
