Position: Senior EA supporting 3 Managing Partners
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Hybrid set up: 4/1

What they do: The firm makes investments into pioneering ventures in the Technology sector, specifically within growth areas such as Healthtech.
Size of company: Small, concentrated portfolio of companies

Key responsibilities for this Senior EA position:
- Extensive diary and travel management for Managing Partners
- Project management and prioritisation of tasks
- Preparing board reports and managing stakeholder relationships
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Extensive and soldi EA experience supporting C-Suite executives directly - highly preferable to have worked in Private Equity or Venture Capital
- Adeptness in fast-paced environments, delivering quality work with speed
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and relationship-building skills
