The Role:

Job Title: Global Mobility and Immigration Manager

Salary: £55,000

Location: London

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Reviewing and arranging the contract and benefits for expats in line with company benchmarking and UK Employment Law
  • Coordinating and conducting onboarding and inductions and help set new joiners up on payroll, and liaising with the tax advisor
  • Driving and managing all payroll related matters for expats, partnering closely with wider People and Finance teams
  • Managing the leavers process for expats, working with all wider teams where necessary
  • Involvement in wider HR Operations and Compliance projects on an ad hoc basis

What is the company looking for?

  • Demonstrable and significant experience managing the mobility and immigration process within a matrixed organisation
  • Strong understanding of immigration and tax law
  • Experience supporting expats across APAC is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
