Giving Back
 | Our commitment to our impact on the world around us, is hugely important to us. In 2023 we became B Corp Certified but we did not stop there. In 2024 we became W Corp Certified - both of which we are hugely proud of! We have contributed significant sums to charitable causes, worked with NGOs to help positively impact our communities, raised awareness through partnering on events and been involved in various other fundraising initiatives. These activities have taken us to No.10 Downing Street, working with senior members UK government through to giving opportunities at a grass roots level – whether that is offering apprenticeships or working with individuals to better their skill set. We often welcome our PA, EA, HR and Business Support network to join us and our charitable partners in our ongoing initiatives. Our staff members raise funds for a number of charities close to our hearts, with individuals taking part in the London Marathon, Three Peaks Challenge, Richmond Marathon, the JP Morgan Run, to name but a few. The Lady Garden Foundation
 | At C&C Search we are thrilled to announce our partnership with the Lady Garden Foundation, a national women’s health charity dedicated to educating, empowering and breaking taboos around women’s gynaecological health. Nearly 80% of women do not know the signs and symptoms of the five gynaecological cancers: Ovarian, Vaginal, Vulval, Cervical, and Womb (Uterine). The Lady Garden Foundation is on a mission to change this narrative and ensure that we are Silent No More when it comes to talking about our gynae health. Since its inception in 2014, they have supported ground breaking research into the treatment of gynaecological cancers at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. Over the last decade, the Lady Garden Foundation has expanded its impact through annual events, education programmes, and funding for cutting-edge research.
