Catherine is a Senior Principal Consultant at C&C Search, working alongside Jodi and the wider team on the perm side specialising in corporate and private senior Executive Assistants, PAs and Office / Operations Managers.

Career Background

Catherine started off her career as EA to CEO before moving into PA / EA recruitment, working for various consultancies before running her own recruitment business for 10 years. She has now come full circle and collaborates closely with Lucy and Jodi who she had the pleasure of working alongside at the beginning of her career too.

Interests

Outside of work Catherine is a busy Mum of two boys and a hyper border collie puppy! She swims for a Masters swimming club, volunteers as an infant feeding supporter and, when she can, enjoys rock climbing, hiking and painting oil portraits.
