​Michelle joined C&C Search in February 2022 and is now one of our Senior Talent Associates working within the Temporary and Contracts Division supporting Carolyn and Sophie. Michelle recruits for all PA, EA and Business Support roles across various industries, most notably in finance and professional services sectors.

Career Background

Michelle studied LLB Law (a 2-year degree) at University and attained First Class Honours before starting her career in recruitment. Michelle's passion for recruitment grew when working as an internal recruitment executive for a contact centre before she joined C&C Search.

Interests

Michelle enjoys swimming, trying out new restaurants and reading fictional novels. She recently started watching anime and is absolutely loving it! Naruto is a favourite! Michelle loves taking long walks in Richmond Park and deer watching.
