Overview

Pippa joined C&C Search in September 2019 and is now our Head of Operations. Alongside the operational side of things, Pippa is responsible for looking after all Academy clients and members, working on bespoke training programmes and looking into new product offerings we can provide. Alongside working for the Academy, Pippa also supports all of the team leading on key projects for the business and offering administrative and logistical support to our Founder, Directors and the wider team.

Career Background

Originally from Southend in Essex, Pippa went on to read BSc Business Management at Cardiff University. Before joining the team at C&C Search (first as a candidate!), Pippa spent over 2 years working for a Linux platform architect looking after their key clients.

Interests

Outside of work, Pippa enjoys socialising with friends, going for country walks and wining and dining.
