Rychelle joined C&C Search in December 2022 as a Director leading the Permanent team. Rychelle is an extremely authentic, passionate, and driven individual who loves nurturing and building relationships both internally and externally. In addition, a real passion for technology and working smarter!

Career Background

Originally from Australia, Rychelle flew across the pond in 2002 after graduating and never looked back. She has worked in recruitment in London for 15 years. The majority of this has been spent managing, whilst also running a very successful desk at Crone Corkill, where she worked for 13 years.  

Interests

Outside of work, Rychelle spends her time running around after her extremely active daughters, Sophia, and Olivia.  She loves to travel, especially to Italy due to her passion for pasta and wine, very convenient that her husband is Italian. She also loves socialising, a good documentary, eating out and cycling.
