Position: EA / Executive Assistant

Salary: €45,000 - €60,000

Hybrid set up: Fully remote role

Key responsibilities for this EA position:

• Back to back diary managment, across multiple timezones
• Extensive global travel coordination
• Acting as the linchpin of communication between the Group CEO and European offices
• Support with operations processes, procedures, admin support and urgent queries

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Must be based in Germany or Central Europe
• Must have 5+ years of experience as an EA supporting at C-Suite level, ideally in a 1.1. support role
• Experience working in a global firm, in a fast-paced and varied role
• Fluent German is highly desired but not essential
• Strong tech skills
