C&C Search is currently recruiting for an EA to work in the Investor Relations team for a global PA/Investment firm. This is a 12m FTC maternity contract so you will need to be immediately available.

Key responsibilities for this EA role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior executives, managing high volumes of incoming communications and maintaining key internal and external relationships.
- Manage complex, dynamic calendars across multiple time zones, prioritising meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring efficient daily workflows.
- Coordinate intricate travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodation, and ground transport, while adapting to frequent changes and preferences.
- CRM management, event coordination.
- Prepare and submitted expense reports and time tracking in line with compliance procedures.
- Proven experience as an EA/PA, ideally within financial or professional services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong executive presence
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
- Experience in IR or events is highly desirable
- Immediate or short notice as this will start in May 2025.
