C&C Search is currently recruiting a Business and Private EA to UHNWI/ Founder

All about the role and company I would be working for!

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE)

Hybrid set up: 4:1

Size of company: 20 - 30 people

Key responsibilities for this position:

  • Personal/Household Management: Coordinating personal events/logistics for the executive and family, managing charity foundation donations, ad-hoc personal tasks.
  • Calendar/Scheduling Management: Managing diaries, scheduling meetings for the team, logging expected guests, etc.
  • Executive Assistance: Managing executive's personal/business travel, assisting with investment documentation, paying invoices, property management.
  • Administrative Support: Answering phones, managing inboxes/emails, providing IT functional support.
  • Team support: Greeting guests (investors, contractors, etc.), offering refreshments, notifying building reception, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared, ordering office/kitchen supplies, turning on lights/lamps.

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Strong preference for degree educated candidates
  • A background in boutique finance, ideally hedge fund
  • Great attention to detail, a love of diary management and a proactive approach
  • An interest in, or a backgroud in agriculture would be an added bonus
  • Excellent MS Office
