Key responsibilities for this Front of House/Office Manager: 
  • Based on front of house you will be responsible for meet and greet, managing the meeting rooms and ensuring guests receive a first class service
  • Liaison with building manager with responsibility for the office space
  • Health & Safety, vendor management, rectifying issues promptly and ensuring contract management
  • Opportunity to grow the role and get involved in projects and events
  
What background and experience are the company looking for? 
  • Experience of front of house with exposure to office management duties gained within a financial services or professional service firm
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
