C&C Search is currently recruiting an IT Admin/PA role for a family office based in the heart of the West End.

Position: IT admin plus PA support to the Head of Cyber Security and IT.
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000
Hybrid set up: x5 days in the office, 9-6pm
Benefits: Bonus, pension, great benefits, socials.

Key responsibilities for this position:
- Varied admin role with PA support to the Head of Cyber Security and IT. Meeting scheduling, travel booking, expenses, reports, vendor liaison, SLA/contracts, IT billing and invoicing.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Experience in IT admin, ideally some PA support too.
- Strong IT skills, communication skills, problem solving.
- Industry certificates (e.g. ITIL CompTIA) desirable.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
