Key responsibilities for this Office Manager position:
- Act as the London Office Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming space for staff and clients
- Lead on health & safety for the London office, including reporting, training coordination, and compliance
- Provide organisational and administrative support to the President & COO (Europe) and the Executive Director
- Manage office facilities, events, supplies, and vendor relationships across two offices.
- Support staff onboarding/offboarding, office tours, and health & safety briefings
- Oversee office systems including mobile phone contracts, desk booking, cross-office contact lists, and databases
- Assist with travel bookings, events, VIP visits, invoices, and expense tracking
- Proven experience in office management or a senior administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Experience in managing office operations, facilities, and staff relationships
- Ability to plan and coordinate projects such as events or office moves
