Location: Hammersmith, London

Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH

Key duties:

  • Travel
  • Diary
  • Expenses
  • Right hand person to the CEO and extention of him
  • Hospitality
  • Managing stakeholders
  • Correspondance
  • Some private PA duties

  • Confident in managing and liaising with all different levels up to Stakeholders and C-Suite level

  • Happy to travel with the CEO 2-3 times per year worldwide.

Availability: This role is to start ASAP so ideally you will be available immediately or on short notice
