As an advocate for gender equality on a global stage, our founder, Lucy Chamberlain works tirelessly to amplify women’s voices, challenge bias and push for systemic change in the workplace and beyond. Through her role as a UN Women Ambassador, she engages in critical conversations about gender parity, advocates for inclusive policies and drives initiatives that create tangible progress for women worldwide.
On participating in this year's CSW69, the Commission on the Status of Women Conference, Lucy says, "This moment means so much to me, both personally and professionally. As the founder of an all-female company, a W Corp ambassador and someone who has spent 27 years placing administrative professionals (97% of whom are women), I have seen first-hand the barriers that continue to hold women back. That’s why I am deeply honoured to be a UN Women CSW69 delegate, standing alongside changemakers, policymakers and global leaders at the United Nations to advocate for gender equality. Right now, women’s rights are under attack—from the erosion of reproductive rights to the systemic exclusion of women from leadership, education and economic opportunities. We cannot afford to be complacent."

We believe that empowering women extends beyond career support, it includes advocating for their health and well-being. That’s why we proudly partner with The Lady Garden Foundation, a leading charity dedicated to raising awareness and funding for gynaecological health. By driving awareness, fundraising and support for crucial research, we contribute to breaking taboos, educating communities, and improving health outcomes for women everywhere.
Creating Career-Defining Opportunities
Too many talented women find themselves sidelined after career breaks, believing they must settle for less than they deserve. At C&C Search, we’re committed to changing that. Through our pro bono training initiatives and C&C Academy, we have provided career coaching and skills development to more than 9,000 women, ensuring they re-enter the workforce at the level they deserve, not just where they think they ought to. By bridging the confidence gap, we help women reclaim their ambitions, step into leadership roles and navigate their careers with renewed self-assurance.
