The Role:                         
Job Title: Benefits Administrator 
Salary: £35,000
Location: London – Hybrid working
  
What would I be doing day to day? 
Key duties: 
  • Manage the day to day administration of benefit schemes across EMEA, including updating any changes, new joiner and leaver information, and liaising regularly with the payroll team
  • Conduct all inductions for new joiners on benefit schemes and answer ad hoc benefits queries
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately any benefit changes, and update the intranet
  • Support the administration of Holiday and Absence Trackers
  • Produce regular reports on expenditure and uptake of benefits, presenting to the wider team and relevant stakeholders
  • Support with wider and ad hoc HR projects around annual budgets and HRIS improvement
  
What is the company looking for? 
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Excel and systems administration
  • An interest or previous experience in corporate benefits is desirable
  • Process oriented with an exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, able to partner with multiple stakeholders and manage numerous priorities at once
