Business Manager / Executive Assistant to CEO & Deputy CEO
12 month fixed-term-contract

Central London
£60,000 + Full Benefits
2 to 3 days in the office
9am–5pm 

Are you a Business Manager looking for a change or an experienced Executive Assistant ready to step into a high-impact, hybrid Business Manager role?

Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced financial services firm is seeking a discreet, highly capable Business Manager, on a 12 month fixed-term-contract basis, to support their CEO and Deputy CEO.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of strategic decision-making, providing critical executive and project support across a wide range of business functions.

Role Highlights:
  • Act as a right-hand to the CEO and Deputy CEO – managing highly confidential diary and meeting coordination, and handling sensitive business matters with discretion and independence.
  • Project manage key strategic and operational initiatives, including Board-level governance and trustee committee support.
  • Liaise closely with HR and cross-functional leadership across Finance and Legal.
  • Set and manage Board agendas, coordinate external secretarial support, and minute quarterly Board meetings.
  • Provide line management for a junior EA/TA.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience supporting at C-suite level, ideally in Finance, Legal, or Professional Services.
  • Comfortable wearing “many hats” in a busy, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Calm under pressure, sharp on detail, and confident managing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience setting Board agendas, taking minutes, and overseeing governance processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
