  • Develop family strategies
  • Execute principals' vision
  • Manage complex projects
  • Coordinate with external partners
  • Lead small team
  • Oversee family office operations
  • Represent principals externally
  • Handle negotiations and contracts

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Ideally degree educated
  • Proven experience working as a Chief of Staff or Operations Director
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience of managing a team
