Salary: £55,000 - £62,000
Hybrid set up: 3/2

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Act as an indispensable partner to the team, with a primary focus on exceptional diary management
- Navigate complex scheduling across multiple time zones, anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions
- Support transaction work, including document preparation and stakeholder coordination
- Handle sensitive communications and maintain relationships with portfolio companies
- Coordinate international travel arrangements and complex itineraries
- Manage expenses and administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Experienced Executive Assistant, ideally within financial services
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Stable career history
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think critically and provide creative solutions
- Strong track record of building relationships at all levels
