Location: Central London

5 days in the office

9am-5.30pm

What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Supporting the Client Services team / CEO

Key duties:

  • Point of contact for clients and coordination of all aspects of client pathway, including onboarding, upgrading and renewal. Coordinating with bookings team
  • Overseeing front of house team
  • Concierge support for clients.
  • Supporting CEO on any sales and marketing opportunity follow up
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written, high level of attention to detail
  • A understanding of the UHNW lifestyle and the standards and service levels they are used to
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Ability to work with and contribute to administrative processes, making recommendations for improvements
  • An ability to take initiative and work under pressure while keeping composure and able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment balancing the competing needs of a multiple team members
  • Possess an 'all hands-on deck' attitude, understanding that as part of a new and young organisation, that a degree of flexibility may always be required
  • Strict attention to detail and uncompromising standards around confidentiality

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

  • Solid customer facing experience, can be relationship managing or sales. Retail / hospitality / professional services / property / healthcare would all be good background.
  • It would be great if came from somewhere with proper training and standards like a hotel or one of the more established restaurants or retail groups.

Qualifications: Degree is preferable but not essential

Availability: Immediate or on short notice
