C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to CEO/Founder for a global financial services firm. This Executive Assistant role offers a unique opportunity to support a female founder.

Position: Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to CEO/Founder
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 
Hybrid set up: 3 or 4 days in the office 
What do they do: Leading global provider of debt administration

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and comprehensive executive support to the Chief Executive, including extensive diary and travel management
  • Organising the CEO to make their time work as efficiently and effectively as possible, ensuring they are productive at every moment of their day
  • Relationship building with the board and key internal/external senior stakeholders, maintaining the strictest discretion and confidentiality
  • Assisting to coordinate both business and private engagements 
About you:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff providing high level support at CEO and board level.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Incredibly proactive and down to earth in your approach
  • A strong understanding of tech would be beneficial, Microsoft Office Suite is a must. 
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
  • Global finance or consultancy high beneficial
