We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our small but growing client, an international financial services firm situated in the vibrant area of St Paul's.

Role Overview: This part-time role is a fantastic opportunity to blend executive support with office management responsibilities. You will be working four days a week, with three days in the office and one day working remotely. We are looking for someone eager to add value, implement systems, and foster a productive and enjoyable work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting organization, and correspondence.
  • Oversee office operations and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in implementing and optimizing office systems and processes to drive productivity.
  • Help manage team communications and contribute to a positive company culture.
  • Handle various office management duties, including supplies management and maintaining a welcoming environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role, ideally in the financial services sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A proactive approach with a keen interest in adding value and improving processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
