Job description

C&C Search is currently recruiting a corporate reception role for a well established private equity firm in central London. Amazing location, great benefits and a fantastic team.

Position: Receptionist/Administrator
Salary: £40,000 + bonus
Hybrid set up: Fully office based, 8.30-5.30pm
Benefits: 25 days holiday, bonus, pension, healthcare

Key responsibilities for this insert x position:
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Ownership of meeting room bookings including catering
  • Supporting the office manager with facilities admin, building management and events admin
  • Supporting with travel booking when needed
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a corporate reception role
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Friendly, welcoming and approachable manner
  • Highly organised, proactive, strong time management skills
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite
