Our client is an amazing co-working space in Mayfair looking for a junior team member to join them
Looking for customer services experience: we are looking for well-presented, reliable candidates with big confident personalities and a desire to grow professionally.
Salary: £25,000 + benefits
Location: Mayfair

- Welcoming guests and being as helpful as possible
- Post handling, ordering supplies, and booking taxis, hotels, and restaurants promptly and professionally.
- Hosting tours around the office
- Host client events, creating luxurious experiences for them.
- Conduct regular building checks to ensure exceptional standards for client success. Review company hospitality offerings and make suggestions for improvements.
About you:
- A positive attitude and helpful personality
- 1 years + experience in customer service
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Microsoft office / CRM experience
