Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: London
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Delivering the people strategy
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle
- Leading on recruitment activity; working with line managers, direct sourcing and managing agency relationships
- Providing guidance to line managers on performance, policy, ER and L&D
- Remaining up to date with employment law developments and acting as a source of knowledge
- Embed EDI initiatives into all employee lifecycle processes
What is the company looking for?
- Excellent track record in a HR Generalist role with proven experience within professional services
- Experience in a standalone role highly desirable
- Strong understanding of ER and UK employment law
- Confident partnering with various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with high EQ and an ability to build credibility quickly
- Analytical mindset and an ability to get up to speed with processes and systems
