Position: Office Manager (12-month FTC)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Hybrid set-up: 5 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Office Manager role:
  • Oversee the smooth running of the office, liaising with building management, reception, and service providers
  • Manage office maintenance, cleaning, and ad hoc services (decorations, appliances, supplies)
  • Troubleshoot IT issues or liaise with external IT support
  • Handle office and travel insurance renewals
  • Manage post, couriers, and general office operations
  • EA support to C-suite including diary and travel management and arranging company events and socials
  • HR Administration - holiday and absence tracker, onboarding and offboarding
  • Charity and CSR support - including tracking budgets and arranging charity drives and volunteer days
  • Finance administration - credit card and reconciling expenses, reporting and client invoices
  • Health and safety and compliance
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Previous experience in a similar Office Manager/EA role within financial or professional services
  • Exceptional organisational, administrative, and multitasking skills
  • Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks knowledge desirable)
  • Ability to liaise confidently across all levels and externally
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused with high attention to detail
  • Experience supporting HR administration, finance processes, and compliance is highly advantageous
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
