C&C Search is currently recruiting an Office Manager/PA for a boutique private equity firm based in central London. The company offers hybrid working, with one day per week from home, alongside excellent benefits and a bonus.

Key responsibilities for this insert Office Manager/PA position:
  • Office Management:
    • Overseeing office operations and maintaining a professional office environment.
    • Managing office supplies, ensuring resources are stocked, and coordinating with vendors.
    • Organising internal and external events, including client meetings, team offsites, and corporate functions.
    • Ensuring health and safety compliance and managing any office-related issues that arise.
    • Coordinating IT setup for new employees and liaising with external service providers.
  • PA Support:
    • Diary management, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
    • Screening calls and emails, handling inquiries, and ensuring efficient communication flow.
    • Managing expenses and reconciling invoices.
    • Assisting with personal tasks as required, ensuring all requests are completed efficiently.
  • Miscellaneous Duties:
    • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Working closely with the leadership team to implement office procedures and best practices.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience as a PA or Office Manager, ideally within a financial or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and a familiarity with office management software.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to supporting a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
