Key responsibilities for this PA position:
  • Diary and Schedule Management: Organise and manage the schedules of the Investment Team, including complex diary management and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and book international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring adherence to travel policies.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and providing exceptional service.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Investment Team, including preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organise and coordinate meetings, events, and off-sites, including managing logistics, catering, and preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Expense Management: Assist with processing and reconciling expenses.
  • Project Assistance: Support on ad-hoc projects, research, and other tasks as required by the team.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or Executive Assistant (EA), ideally within the finance, investment, or private equity sector.
  • Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and proactive approach.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
