The Job:
Job Title: Payroll Specialist/Manager
Role length: Permanent
Hybrid: London (2-3 day in the office ideally, but open for discussion)
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (some wiggle room D.oE)

What would I be doing day to day?
Organisation recently offering Payroll services to clients. Joining a team of 2 payroll professionals, responsibility of running varied payrolls of growing client book.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing complex payroll for book of clients
- Accurately process statutory payments
- Fostering positive working relationships with stakeholders
- Authorising BACS, summary reports and analyses
- Bright Pay
- Submitting accurate/timely tax filings
- Overseeing accurate P60's and P11d's
- Partnering with IT on system upgrades
What is the company looking for?
- 2+ years payroll experience is essential
- Stakeholder Management skills
- Experience going through a payroll implementation is preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency. Essential
- CIS Scheme
- Complex manual calculations. Essential
- CIPP Foundation Degree minimum.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and time manage effectively
