The Role:
Job Title: People Operations Manager
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
Location: London - Hybrid
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Oversee and manage day to day People operations across the entire employee lifecycle
- Manage end to end recruitment processes
- Design and implement HR policies and frameworks and build out processes including performance management, absence management and KPIs
- Drive EDI and cultural initiatives across the organisation
- Support the wider business with ad hoc tasks and projects
What is the company looking for?
- Experience working in a small-midsized organisation
- Experience in a standalone HR or lean team overseeing day to day HR processes and policies
- Knowledge of HR systems an advantage
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Creative and intuitive individual
