Are you an exceptionally organised, discreet, and resourceful Private PA looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a interesting environment? Our client, a high-profile individual, is seeking a top-tier Private PA to manage their property portfolio, oversee personal projects, and provide seamless day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Coordinate and oversee the maintenance, refurbishment, and day-to-day running of multiple properties, ensuring everything is managed to the highest standard.
  • Project Oversight: Take the lead on diverse personal and professional projects, from events and renovations to special initiatives.
  • Personal Assistance: Manage the principal's calendar, travel arrangements, and personal errands, ensuring every detail is anticipated and organised.
  • Supplier and Contractor Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Budget Management: Track expenses, manage budgets, and provide regular updates and reports.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Private PA or similar role, with a strong background in property management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and preempt challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A high level of discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Proficiency in [relevant software/tools, e.g., MS Office Suite, property management systems].
