C&C Search is currently recruiting a Project Coordinator/Office Manager for a boutique executive search firm based in stunning offices in Southwark.

Position: Project Coordinator/Office Manager

Salary: £34,000 - £45,000 per annum

Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

Benefits: Discretionary bonus, 30 days holiday, pension, team socials

Key responsibilities for this Project Coordinator/Office Manager position:

Project Coordination Duties:

  • Client & Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the search process. Provide status updates and coordinate interviews.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule interviews, client meetings, and internal project review sessions while managing competing priorities.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update CRM and project management systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Research & Reporting: Support search assignments through market research, data collection, and preparation of high-quality candidate reports, status updates, and presentations.

Office Management Duties:

  • Daily Operations: Oversee daily office functions, including supply management, facility maintenance, and coordinating with external vendors.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal team events, client meetings, and other office events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the leadership team, including managing correspondence, expense tracking, and travel arrangements.
  • HR Coordination: Support onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, including compliance paperwork and office orientation for new hires. What background and experience are the company looking for?

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Project coordination, office management, or executive assistant experience in a professional services environment, preferably in executive search, consulting, or a similar industry.

The right candidates will be engaging, adaptable and inquisitive, comfortable with last minute changes and have the confidence to speak to people at all levels.
