C&C Search is currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Front of House to work as part of a team of two, to manage a busy reception area within a financial services company. Position: Receptionist / Front of House
Salary: £30,000 - £38,500 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up: Fully office based

Hours: 8am - 5pm, or 9am -6pm (flexibility to leave at 4:30pm on the early shift)

Key responsibilities for this Receptionist position:
- Meeting and greeting vistors, answering the switchboard promptly, and managing meeting rooms
- Arranging catering, couriers and ensuring kitchen/office is fully stocked
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and binding on an ad hoc basis
- Ad-hoc assistance to the Office Manager and HR
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Seeking 1-2 years minimum experience in a similar position
- Must have a can-do attitude, strong team player and remain calm under pressure
- Intermediate MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
