Position: Roadshow Coordinator (Private Equity)
Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities for this Investor Relations Roadshow Coordinator:
- Assist with roadshow planning and execution, including coordination with placement agents
- Manage complex travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries for senior executives
- Handle diary management for partners and senior team members
- Process expenses and provide general administrative support
- Support the IR team in preparing for and following up on LP meetings
- Assist with event planning, including offsites and conferences
- Act as a liaison between the administrative team and senior management
What Background and Experience are the Company Looking For?
- Proven experience in roadshow coordination and investor relations support
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software
- Experience in financial services, preferably in private equity or asset management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
