C&C Search is currently recruiting an Temporary Executive Assistant for a leading Investment Banking firm, based in London Bridge. This is an exciting temporary role with the potential to transition into a permanent position

Position: Executive Assistant
Salary: Up to £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) / £31 per hour
Hybrid set up: Four days in the office, one day from home
What they do: Investment Banking

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
  • Extensive diary management and scheduling in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the Partners with administrative tasks to ensure seamless workflow
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within investment banking or the finance industry
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Strong diary management experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent MS Office skills and attention to detail
  • A confident communicator with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
