What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: Supporting the EA and Office Manager, based on Reception
Key duties:
- Meeting and greeting
- Answering calls
- Being a gatekeeper
- Managing the post
- Company inbox / correspondance
- Managing meeting rooms
- Stocking the kitchen
- Looking after any visitors / clients with exceptional customer service
- Ad-hoc admin

What is the company looking for?
Background and experience:
- Customer service experience
- Reception experience
- Ideally from a corporate background
- Flexibility to work full time and on an ad-hoc basis

Availability: You must be available immediately as this is a temporary role to start as soon as possible
