C&C Search is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to work for a small investment management firm in the West End.

Position: Administrative Assistant with lots of progression
Salary: £30000 - £35000 + bonus
Hybrid set up: 3-4 days in the office

Company culture and what makes them great to work for: Supporting two busy Investment Manager with all administrative work, learning directly from them, they will support with training and exams with the view to become an Investment Manager.  This team is hardworking, fun and offer a unique opportunity to work with a desirable portfolio of HNW clients. 
  
Key responsibilities for this Admin Assistant: 
  • Administrative support ensuring the smooth day to day running of the business
  • Client liaison, dealing with queries and correspondence
  • Creating presentations, portfolio analysis and reporting

  • Experience providing admin support to a busy team with a desire to pursue a career within investment management
  • Confident dealing with clients, able to build relationships and excellent communication skills
