C&C Search is currently recruiting a Client Operations Manager in Mayfair on a 6-12 month FTC to start ASAP for a fantastic luxury company with beautiful offices.

Position: Client Operations Manager – supporting the smooth running of client operations in a luxury preventative health clinic
Term: 6-12 month FTC
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + free lunch provided
What they do: High-end integrative health service specialising in the science of ageing and longevity optimisation for UHNW individuals
Size of company: Boutique-sized, close-knit team with significant growth plans
5 days a week in the office

Key responsibilities for this Client Operations Manager position:
- Optimising and overseeing client booking processes to ensure seamless onboarding and efficient scheduling
- Coordinating closely with the medical and client services teams to manage consultations, testing logistics, diaries and external bookings
- Maintaining operational excellence across medical room management, stock control and equipment upkeep
- Liaising with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless service delivery and supplier compliance
- Supporting data and documentation processes, ensuring strict confidentiality and organisational efficiency
- Working with cross-functional teams to refine operational processes and support a gold-standard client experience
- Proven experience in a client-facing, detail-oriented role such as healthcare, luxury travel or events
- Strong proficiency in using booking platforms and optimising operational systems
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Immaculate presentation and an appreciation for the standards expected by UHNW clients
- High level of organisation, a proactive mindset and unshakeable attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and contribute flexibly as part of a small, passionate team
- Confident with Microsoft Office and eager to embrace new systems and technologies
- A genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and the science of longevity is a plus
