C&C Search is currently recruiting a Temporary Finance Administrator for a highly regarded property investment and development firm based in Knightsbridge.

Position:
Temporary Finance Administrator – supporting the Finance Director and a close-knit team of 6 within a well-established and respected real estate firm

Salary:
£19 per hour 

Hybrid set up:
5 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Finance Administrator position:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance Director and team
  • Maintain accurate statutory records and manage key filings using Blueprint software
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of quarterly board reports and legal documentation
  • Support credit card and congestion charge reconciliation and weekly cost analysis
  • Coordinate diaries and provide general administrative support, including holiday cover for Accounts Payable
  • Handle sensitive documentation and assist with KYC/AML processes
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven administrative experience in roles such as PA, finance assistant, or office administrator
  • Strong numerical skills and a good working knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of company secretarial processes is a plus but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and attention to detail
  • Discreet and professional in handling confidential information
  • Confident communicator and enthusiastic team player
