C&C Search is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to join a boutique Non-profit in London on an FTC

Industry: Non-profit/ memberships

Size: Boutique

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000pa

Hours: 9:00-5:30pm

Location: Southwark London (2 days in office per week- flexible)

Communications Manager (Sole Charge)

Contract: Fixed term contract for 12-14 months

Duties:

  • Lead Communication strategy to increase the impact and reach of the brand
  • Develop relationships with targeted media representatives and proactively identifying opportunities to become a leading expert in the market
  • Manage social media accounts and internal communications channels, publishing a weekly and monthly newsletters and blog management
  • Website management
  • Lead on reporting and monitoring communications and public affairs activities
  • Lead the collection case studies, policy outputs and a showcasing booklet, deliver an annuals calendar of events and weaners
  • Work with Engagement Managers to develop and deliver regular and effective communications to members and stakeholders of the brand

About you:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Communications (open to industry)
  • Ideally coming from a smaller organisation, managing communications either in a sole charge or small agile team
  • Experience within communications' strategy and execution that uses digital, social media and traditional communications channels
  • Strong communicator, capable of quickly understanding and communicating complex issues to a range of audiences
  • Strong copywriting
  • Confidence managing relationships with diverse and often senior stakeholders and journalists
  • Demonstrable experience of evaluating the success of communication strategies and campaigns, including data analysis
  • Experience using media and political monitoring services
