C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant (Team Support) to join a leading private equity firm based near Green Park. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced role supporting a Senior Team and then adhoc support to their reporting teams.

Position: Executive Assistant (Team Support)
Salary: £45,000-£55,000
Hybrid set up: 5 days a week in the office  
Benefits: 25 days’ holiday, pension, private  healthcare, discretionary bonus

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant (Team Support) position:
  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Arranging international and domestic travel
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings often with last minute changes
  • Document management and preparation
  • Expense processing and tracking
  • Collaboration with the wider administrative team
  • General administrative support including occasional reception cover
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Executive and/or Team Assistant experience working in financial services
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Adaptable and proactive team player with a sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
