C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator for a dynamic executive search firm. This is a 12 month contract, with possibilities beyond this. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, driven and collaborative work environment. It offers hybrid working arrangements in the heart of London.

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator position:

  • Diary and arranging meetings for multiple Partners
  • Supporting with putting pitch decks together utilising PowerPoint on a daily basis
  • Search project coordination, including setting up key milestone client meetings
  • Internal meeting support and event management
  • Administrative support, including document preparation and proofreading
  • Stakeholder management with internal and external clients
  • CRM and data management

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Personal Assistant in a fast-paced business environment
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and able to put together pitch desk/presentations
  • Preference for someone who has worked in Executive Search/Recruitment or other professional services
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM/ATS systems, calendar management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Ability to multitask and work flexibly in a dynamic environment
