Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Management of complex, fast-paced diaries requiring strategic thinking and excellent prioritisation skills
- Coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparation of documentation for board meetings and video conferences
- Maintenance of WIP reports and team expenses
- Building relationships with portfolio companies
- Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
- Graduate level education or equivalent
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant at senior level, ideally within Private Equity, Asset Management or similar
- Exceptional MS Office skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proactive approach with natural gravitas
- Collaborative mindset with a quietly efficient manner
