Position: Executive Assistant to Executive Team
Salary: €70000 - €80000
Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant:
- Extensive diary management across multiple zones, arranging meetings, events and conferences
- Complex travel, accommodation, visas and expenses
- Managing the demands of a busy team with ever changing priorities
- Document work including strong Excel and PowerPoint
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- At least 5 years as an Executive Assistant supporting at senior level, ideally within a start up or scale up firm
- Experience supporting a team and being able to juggle multiple, changing priorities
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
