Position: Executive Assistant - supporting 4 partners
Duration: 12 month maternity contract
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 bonus and full benefits
Hybrid set up: 4/1

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Comprehensive diary management for 4 partners
- Organizing meetings and coordinating extensive travel arrangements
- Planning and executing events
- Managing various ad hoc projects
- Providing high-level administrative support
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in private equity or a very fast paced finanical company
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office suite
- Proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
