Position: Executive Assistant - supporting Principals directly
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 - experience dependant
Hybrid set up: 3 days office/2 days WFH

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Comprehensive diary and travel management for principals, including complex scheduling across multiple time zones
- Arranging worldwide holiday logistics, planning and execution
- Oversight of residential staff and vendor management for family properties
- Financial administration including bill payments and credit card reconciliation
- Handling sensitive correspondence and maintaining strict confidentiality
- Managing medical records and insurance matters
- Conducting research and preparing meeting materials
- Projects / research
- Bachelor's degree preferred however not essential
- Ideally work extensively in a family office or a Tech start up environment
- Proven track record as a Executive Assistant with demonstrated longevity
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Discrete and professional approach with outstanding communication abilities
- Flexible approach to working hours with high responsiveness
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Experience in handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
