C&C Search is currently recruiting for a Team PA to join a leading executive search firm based in the heart of London. Position: Supporting a team of senior leaders in the executive search process, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Key responsibilities for this Project Manager position:
- Support the practice with end-to-end execution of search assignments, reducing time to shortlist and placement while enabling project milestones to be achieved.
- Manage extensive diary scheduling for key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operation of pitches, update calls, and meetings.
- Prepare and manage documentation for searches, including pitches, engagement terms, NDAs, search packs, and candidate briefing documents, using Microsoft Suite and Adobe.
- Coordinate client events, including venue bookings, logistics, collateral, and CRM system updates to track ROI.
- Manage business development meetings for your Partner and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to partners and the wider team as needed.
- Oversee the effective management of the CRM and ATS systems to track forecasting, event management, and candidate processes.
- Must have proven experience in a Team PA or a similar administrative support role within a fast-paced, corporate environment. Idealy supporting at Director or Partner level with a team.
- Ability to manage multiple, ever changing, clashing diaries.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage internal stakeholders effectively.
