C&C Search is currently recruiting an Office Manager/Executive Assistant for a dynamic and growing company focused on innovation. Based in central London, this role offers excellent scope within the role and hybrid working.

Position: Office Manager / Executive Assistant providing executive support to C-suite leaders and operational support for the office and wider international company. 

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000, experience level dependant 
Hybrid set up: 3/2 with flexibility needed

Key responsibilities for this Office Manager / Executive Assistant position:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the London office, including facilities, supplier relationships, and health & safety compliance
  • Provide high-level executive support to C-suite leaders, including complex diary management and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate cross-office communication and work-flow management
  • Develop policies and procedures for the London and global offices
  • Support with recruitment within the group 
  • Oversee administrative systems and procedures
  • Organise high-level meetings and corporate events
  • Handle sensitive correspondence and documentation
  • Support with corporate presentations and documents
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Solid and extensive experience supporting with Office Management, Operations and EA support of senior executives 
  • Graduate or graduate calibre 
  • Operational experience and exposure to setting up and rolling out company policies
  • Negotiating with suppliers add cost management 
  • Creating collaboration across international offices 
  • Strong track record in managing a high-level corporate office
  • Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office and others 
  • Graduate or graduate calibre 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work proactively and anticipate needs
  • Experience in stakeholder management at all levels
  • Flexibility to handle time-sensitive tasks outside core hours when required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
