Position: Executive Assistant to CEO/Founder - Supporting the CEO predominantly,
Salary: £55,000 – 65,000
Hybrid set up: Flexible / 2 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant to CEO/Founder position:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief Executive, including extensive diary and travel management
- Organising the CEO to make their time work as efficiently and effectively as possible, ensuring they are productive at every moment of their day.
- Relationship building with key senior stakeholders, maintaining strictest confidentiality
- Assisting to coordinate both business and private engagements.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant providing high level support at CEO level.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive and down to earth in your approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
- Global finance or consultancy high beneficial
